Lee Graybeal – Builder & Designer

Lee started in construction at 15 and became a licensed home builder and associate broker by 21. He holds commercial licenses in GA and SC, with degrees in Marketing and an MBA.

In 2006, he founded Graybeal Construction and Design, a full-service firm specializing in custom homes, remodels, and additions. With his stepfather Jim Beard as a consultant and designer Patti Gagstetter on the team, Lee offers a rare blend of experience, creativity, and personal service to bring your vision to life.

Stuart Thompson – Owner

A third-generation builder, Stuart grew up in the construction industry, learning the trade from his father and grandfather. After graduating college in 2008, he returned to building full-time and has spent over a decade crafting homes with hands-on skill and generations of experience.

Ron Janelle - Owner

IDK Homes was founded by Ron Janelle, a veteran of the construction industry with 37 years experience. Ron runs this family-owned business with his wife Tina, and his two sons Dillon and Dawson. IDK Homes' philosophy is to build affordable quality homes with custom details. Ron is a member of the Builder's Association of Metro Augusta & Aiken.
